It's perfectly done! You even can't see that Regina and Elsa are from diffrent pictures, it's like the poster was made in a official studio!
I love that the colors are very... I don't know how to explain it... well you can easily see that it's the winter here. The gray and a little sad sky and weather.
We easily can see the personnalities of both characters, the choice of pictures to use is perfect.
And I love how you made the OUAT logo. The first half is frozen and the other one not, in the classical style.
